If we can’t mend your item:
We can also offer advice on where to get specialist items fixed if we can't do it ourselves.
We can tell you if your item is beyond repair, which is also useful to know so you are confident to take it to the recycling centre rather than continue to leave it broken in the shed!
Sometimes we will tell you the spare part you need, and where you can buy it from. You can either fit this yourself or bring the item back with the part and we'll fit it for you.
